Your first visit, step by step
Book online
Choose your pet, the reason and a time. Most new-client slots are within three days.
Send records
Give us your previous vet's details; we'll request vaccine and medical history for you.
Arrive 10 minutes early
Cats through the side door, dogs on leash through the main entrance. Bring a favourite treat.
Leave with a plan
A written care plan, vaccine schedule and an estimate for any follow-ups.
Forms to save time
Fill these in before you arrive, or complete them at the desk.
Wellness plans
Spread the cost of preventive care into monthly payments. Cancel any time after 12 months.

New client questions
Your pet (on a leash or in a carrier), any current medications, and a stool sample if it's easy to collect. We'll handle the rest.
A new-client wellness exam starts at $64 for cats and $68 for dogs. Vaccines and tests are quoted before anything is done.
Yes. Tell us when booking and we'll schedule a quiet time, use our calm room, and can discuss pre-visit anti-anxiety options.
They help, but aren't required. Share your previous clinic's name and we'll request them.
